Our goal is for all Texans to have quality Affordable Life Planning (ALP) documents, at no cost to TexasLegal members, except for some external costs (notary fees, filing fees for Deed). We are gearing up to get these quality documents in your hands within a month after you contact our offices (www.MahoneyLawTexas). We can do these documents for couples or single persons, all from the convenience of your home through video conferencing. Our documents include Wills, Transfers on Death Deeds, Directives to Physician, Statutory Declarations of Guardian, Medical Powers of Attorney, Durable Powers of Attorney, Appointments for Disposition of Remains, HIPAA Releases, and Out of Hospital DNRs.
