We can do these documents for couples or single persons, all from the convenience of your home through video conferencing. Our documents include Wills, Transfers on Death Deeds, Directives to Physician, Statutory Declarations of Guardian, Medical Powers of Attorney, Durable Powers of Attorney, Appointments for Disposition of Remains, HIPAA Releases, and Out of Hospital DNRs.
